5 days ago, my phone stopped, told me to contact m Jack. I am paid up for 5 years, shows no line on screen. I am plugged into wall. Has been perfect until now. unplugged it and plugged back in. Do I need a replacement under warrantee? I spoke to Jay on live tech. I am 78 so I can't crawl under my desk, my daughter was in town yesterday and did the unplugging,etc. nothing! HELP PLEASE.
