Useless customer service - magicJack Plus

I did three (3) on line chats with their customer service and not one of their people could tell me which button to use to change callers for call waiting using their virtual on line keypad.
I know how to do this on my phone but when using the computer and the virtual key pad there is no FLASH button.
They could not answer the question when put to them on three different customer service chats.
