Many but not all voice mail messages are not being sent to my e-mail in a timely manner. some being delayed up to 18 hours after the caller left a message. worked with Magic Jack support 3 different times for these problem. Their server receives the message but does not relay it back to my e-mail promptly. I can not DE-activate the voice mail and use my own recorder. It is a stand alone not connected to the computer. Magic jack needs to make voice mail optional as it is no longer dependable. I have received many messages too late to respond to the caller. (doctors, tenants, emergency contact, etc,etc)
