I have been trying to renew my mj for 3 weeks now, none of the top 10%techs seem to know why I continue to receive an error message - I continue to get promises of a follow up with no results- seems that this company really needs to acknowledge there are issues and have a 1-800 # where it's many frustrated customers who put money in their pockets are properly serviced.
