Michel Poulin: It is really weird, I activated my Magic Jack Plus on dec 31 2013, and my subscription is over. How can it be possible.

Tim: ‪Since you have transferred the service of your old device to your new device, the expiration date of your old device was applied to your new device that is why you are now expired.‬‬
Michel Poulin: But my Magic Jack Plus was a new one, with a full year of subscription.
Tim: ‪Yes, I know.‬‬
Michel Poulin: So, does it mean I can activate, now, my new device or what can I do.
Tim: ‪Please renew your subscription Michel.‬‬
Michel Poulin: Well, it is very tricky. Sorry, but I will never trust Magic Jack again.

Tim: ‪It is like this, Michel. During the registration of your magicJack plus, you were given an option to transfer the service and the phone number or the option to just transfer the number. However, you have chosen to choose the one that transfers the service and the number, that is why your device has expired because the 6 years of your old device was deducted to your magicJack plus which has a one year free of service.‬‬
