Magic Jack Routing Problems Not Fixed

I ported my number to Magic Jack on July 16, from Ooma. Since the porting process was completed I have been having incoming calls problems since then. I have spent an inordinate amount of time chatting with them to try and solve this problem, sent detailed reports to the "engineering" department and to this day Magic Jack has no response other that "unplug, replug" or connect to a higher level, who'll ask me to "please extend your patience, as we'll fix your problem" In the meantime every time a customer owning a Comcast line or an international caller dial my number they hear "you have reached a number that is no longer in service" leading them to believe that my business is no longer active. Magic Jack won't repair or refund, holding my line hostage.
