I thought it just drops my international calls beacus I am using a different company,but it drops my local calls too for no reason.When calling over seas they tell me hang-up we call you it is better connection.I am not going to continue using this **jack** after my one year expires.I am already looking for another alternative to having a landline phone.Mahmoud.
