I'm a 3-year user. MJ generally works, albeit with occassional 'beeps', hang-ups and echos. Of course, I can say the same of most cell phones. Their greatest deficiency is that no one at MagicJack can READ. If they could, they would notice that ALL of their customers are ANGRY about the nasty, ineffective, non-existent customer service and chat operators. This is major. We're not simply a little disgruntled, we are ANGRY and telling potential customers to stay away! Doesn't this register with anyone at MJ?
