I did not try the device and I don’t think I will after my chat with the MagicJack customer support which I wasted more than hour without getting any helpful solution. Notice that there is no customer support phone number or email. The only choice you have is chat. What I observed in my chat with them today March 12, 2011 unprofessional customer service, hold for ever, transfer you from to another, every time you have to repeat your problem more than 10 times, and at the end rudeness. Also, they want transfer you to their supervisor or either give you his contact information if you want to report something. According their worthless customer service, this company is unable to access, reset or manage any of their devices (MJ USB) after it been sold and registered for the first time. So, their devices are one time (one person) use. How I trust a company how does not know how to deal with their own devices!!!
