Do not buy this product. Magic Jack does not work well. Your computer must always be on, never in sleep mode and never in windows update. Anytime anything happens to disrupt the data stream to your computer, Magic Jack will shut off,. Also, the constant running of the Magic Jack program itself, interferes with the normal operations of your system. Their customer service is non existent, so if you buy this thing, you're on your own. Finally, and this is a big one, Magic Jack will NOT, I repeat, WILL NOT honor their so - called money back guarantee. If they can, they will find a way to deny your request for a refund.
