MJ sucks Big Time! 2 days and 7 errors of chat to try and get a connection. Do this, Do that, turn off your virus, turn off your firewall, allow cookies, add ports, add a DNS Server address, un effen plug it and plug it back in, try a different usb connection, restart it, download programs (which are a sales gimmic and a form of spyware). A lot of tedious balogne that involves a lot more than "plug it in! thats it!". I needed to call unemployment office for on a very important phone call and guess what? MJ shut down when I needed it the most. The chats took FOREVER! and a day. Their chat responce time is way non efficient and unproductive. Screw MJ!
