Just purchased a new jack, my other was lost, so I still have a 5 year credit and I can't register the new one. If I say new, It tells me the e-mail is already registered. If I choose add to current registry add on , It says not available not registered. WHAT DO i DO?

I think I just figured out why I was having problems with the magic jack. It seems as though the user who has the e-mail asigned to the MJ must be logged in and active. As soon as we switched to another user even though the first user is still logged in the mj switches to headset automatically and the call ends or calls cannot be made or received.
