Magic jack drops

I have had my magic jack for about 2 years and we bought a total of 6 years. A few months ago we have had magic jack to want us to switch to magic talk whick will cost alot more to use and we do not want it. we will be using magic jack and it will just drop off while we are talking and when we click to get it back the Magic Talk comes up and we cancel it because we do not want it. I feel that Magic jack is trying to force us to take the Magic Talk. We beleive they are intentionally interupting our service to get use to change over to Magic Talk.

The same thing is happening to me. I've been a Magic Jack customer for three years. In the past year, call quality has deteriorated. But most disturbing is that it will automatically reboot and display a Magic Talk screen, disabling the phone service until I interact with the screen and decline the service. Then I must unplug the adapter and plug it in again to restore the service. This now happens every two or three days.
