I spent over an hour trying to get this thing to work, kept getting passed to tech helper operator after operator and got nowhere. It is still not working. I demanded to know where I can write to Magic Jack , to the head of the company to complain, and operator would never give me that information. At least 5 times in the less than year I've had Magic Jack, it's stopped working for some reason, & I've spent countless hours trying to get it to work again. Why does Magic Jack hide its address and phone number? Never a good thing. Magic Jack is absolute JUNK.
