After reading this complaint I can not see that it was the fault of Magicjack. Magicjack is not going to take out the entire 'desktop'. And I can't see where Magicjack being liable. I have several Magicjacks in operation and I have never experienced a problem as described as above. I just fell that the person does not know their way around a computer!
